Compeer Youth Program matches mentors who offer friendship, support and a positive role model to youth, ages five to seventeen. Therapists, social workers or school counselors make referrals to the program. Not only do volunteers offer mentoring, support, and a positive role model to a youth, but also respite time and emotional support to the families.

Eligibility Requirements for Children

• Have behavioral, emotional or mental health difficulties.

• Must be seeking a professional on a regular basis.

• Be 5 to 17 years of age.
